Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 7 September 2026

At Aurenza, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality services tailored to the specific requirements of each client. As many of our services involve customised work, research, preparation, consultation, or the creation of digital deliverables, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

A client may request cancellation of an order or engagement before work has commenced.

Where no work has started and no third-party costs have been incurred, Aurenza may provide a full refund of the amount paid.

Any non-refundable payment processing, banking, currency conversion, or third-party charges already incurred may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

Once work has commenced, a full refund will generally not be available.

If a cancellation request is received while a project is in progress, Aurenza will assess the amount of work already completed and any costs incurred. Where appropriate, a partial refund may be offered for the portion of the service that has not yet been performed.

Work already completed, research undertaken, consultations provided, drafts prepared, and third-party expenses incurred are non-refundable.

3. Completed and Delivered Services

Once a service has been substantially completed and the agreed deliverable has been supplied to the client, payments are generally non-refundable.

This applies particularly to customised digital and professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Resume and career-document preparation;
  • Company profiles and corporate documentation;
  • Business plans and strategic documents;
  • Market research and research reports;
  • Presentations and investor pitch decks;
  • Consulting and advisory services; and
  • Other customised documents, research, analysis, or professional services.

Because these services are created specifically for an individual client’s requirements, they cannot ordinarily be returned or resold once completed.

4. Revisions and Service Concerns

If a client believes that a delivered service does not reasonably correspond with the agreed scope of work, the client should contact Aurenza as soon as reasonably possible.

Where appropriate, we will first seek to resolve the matter through corrections, reasonable revisions, or completion of any element that was included in the agreed scope but was inadvertently omitted.

A request for a revision does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

Additional work or changes requested outside the originally agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

5. Failure to Deliver

If Aurenza is unable to provide a paid service and no substantial work or deliverable has been provided, the client may be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and the portion of the service already performed.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a client is charged more than once for the same transaction, or an incorrect amount is charged due to a payment or administrative error, the client should contact us promptly.

Once verified, any amount incorrectly charged will be refunded to the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.

7. Client Delays and Failure to Provide Information

Some services require information, documents, approvals, feedback, or other cooperation from the client.

Aurenza will not normally provide a refund where a project cannot be completed because the client fails to provide the information or cooperation reasonably required to perform the service.

Where a project remains inactive for an extended period due to the client, Aurenza may place the engagement on hold or close it after providing reasonable notice.

8. Change of Mind

A change of mind after work has commenced does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Any refund offered in such circumstances will depend on the stage of the engagement, work already performed, commitments made, and costs already incurred.

9. Refund Method and Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, financial institution, currency, and country involved. Aurenza is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card schemes, payment processors, or other financial institutions after a refund has been properly submitted.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Aurenza before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Nothing in this policy prevents a client from exercising any rights available under applicable law or through their payment provider.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified payment disputes may be contested using relevant transaction records, correspondence, approvals, service records, and evidence of delivery.

11. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable law provides a client with rights greater than those stated in this policy, those legal rights will prevail.

12. Requesting a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact Aurenza through the contact details published on our website.

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the transaction, including your name or company name, order or project reference where applicable, payment date, and reason for the request.

Each request will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the engagement, the agreed scope of work, the amount of work already performed, and applicable legal requirements.
